Happy Birthday Erik Weisz

For those of you who aren't familiar with the name in the title; Harry Houdini, his stage name, might ring a bell. Today marks what would have been his 137th birthday. I didn't realize today was his birthday until I went onto Google's home page, and if you are reading this today, you can check it out too. Google payed homage to the magician and escape/endurance artist with their Google title today which you can click on to view every website related to the guy. Anyway, heres where it gets a bit creepy. Yesterday, Wednesday, (which feels like today still because I am writing this at 2am Thursday) I did a photo shoot inspired by Houdini. This might seem like, oh well, the photographer knew it was the day before his birthday and planned it for that day, but that is not the case here. I actually chose the date of the shoot completely oblivious to the fact that the following day was his birthday. Strange. It would have been darn right freakish had we shot on his actual birthday. Within a week or two I should have a bunch of shots to put up but for now the photographer only emailed two shots as a teaser. Check it out. I can't wait to see all the final shots. We did about 5 or 6 looks altogether. Hope you like.
